Responsibilities:
Oversee the housekeeping department and operations.
Ensuring facility cleanliness standards are met at all times.
Create and enforce high level policies and practices within the housekeeping department.
Assist with hiring department members as needed and attend all on-the-job training.
Help create and ensure a positive culture within housekeeping department.
Exceptional communication with staff, residents, and family members at all times.
Help create a culture of superior customer service.
Work interdepartmentally to ensure housekeeping department meets overall needs of facility.
Qualifications:
Housekeeping/Laundry experience Healthcare experience Management experience 2-4 years of related work experience Strong leadership capabilities Excellent communication skills Camellia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is a member of a family of skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers.
