Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize various measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to perform accurate measurements and inspections.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends or patterns that may indicate quality issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other applicable quality standards.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform measurements using tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Knowledge of QA/QC principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and CGMP requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate inspection results.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
