We would like for the candidate to have knowledge of HUD Project Based Section 8/USDA RD and Onesite.
Responsibilities of a Property Manager but not limited to:
Greet prospective residents Perform move in and move out inspections with residents Perform accounting daily, such as entering rents (ability to maintain strong collections) make daily deposits to the bank and email validated deposit slips to Corporate daily Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to Regional Manager Maintain accurate resident records (with the ability to withhold sensitive information) Track delinquent and file Court papers on any resident that has not paid rent monthly Resident interviews to obtain verification's for applications and re-certifications paperwork in a timely manner Inspect property on a quarterly basis and vacant units when they become vacant Handle resident disputes in a timely manner with a strong ability to problem solve Perform general administrative tasks to maintain resident files Place and maintain community & online marketing (advertising) Above all, demonstrate excellent customer service & professionalism at all times Supervise grounds and maintenance personnel Enforce all rules and regulations in the lease and addendum's Respond to all emergencies requiring management attention PART-TIME-25 HOURS A WEEK Job Type:
