As an Insurance Verification Representative, you will be responsible for verifying all insurance benefits and coverage for clients in a variety of settings.
Hear Billing Solutions (HBS) provides full-service Audiology billing services to our clients throughout the US from our office in Oxford, NC.
We are expanding and looking for qualified candidates to join our team.
We have a casual, family oriented, and teamwork environment.
Essential Duties:
Verifying insurance coverage of patients Calling insurance to get detailed benefits for hearing test and hearing aid coverage Returning verification of benefits to clients Updating patient information when needed Keeping records via excel spreadsheet of verifications received and completed daily Prepare an individual daily tracker for tasks completed for any given day This position is Monday-Friday, in office Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow through on assignments quickly Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while still maintaining focus on the task at hand Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with little or no supervision High School Diploma or GED Previous billing/insurance experience preferred with familiarity of medical terminology Job Type:
