Job Description:
Dedicated Officers will detect and deter any activity that could be harmful to our client's business, employees, customers, property and reputation.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to following:
Provide a highly visible presence to detect and deter crime Respond to incidents, emergencies, and other security related events Document and report shift activities Maintain company and client equipment Loss Prevention Foot Patrols Requirements:
21 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Reliable means of communication Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass a drug test Ability to pass a background check Possess a North Carolina Guard Card (Training provided if necessary) Prior military, law enforcement, security, or customer service experience (Preferred) Weekend shifts Skills & Abilities:
CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred) (Training provided if necessary) Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time Strong Observation skills Verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain calm and make decisions in stressful situations Ability to adapt to a changing environment Signal Security is an equal opportunity employer.
