S This position requires a self-directed, responsible individual who will oversee all aspects of resident care and assure continued delivery of service.
Responsibilities and Duties As a member of the team, this position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to demonstrate a level of proficiency in the management/oversight of their team.
Interaction with families, departments such as Therapy, Dietary and Social Work to ensure comprehensive person centered care is delivered is an essential part of the position Sub-Acute Rehab as well as Long Term Care All shifts available Qualifications and Skills Current license in North Carolina Qualified candidates would be required to be flexible in their schedule Compassionate individuals Candidates with experience in dementia care, respiratory care, post operative care, wound care and end of life care will find satisfaction in working in this facility.
